Not sure, have never had the best luck with melatonin but will give it another try. I don’t like the grogginess in the am from melatonin.

How often do I use this patch for good sleep AND do I put it on at night or during the day? AND can this patch be applied daily with another patch? I need better instructions because I could feel as though I need several patches and end up with 10 patches on my back and NOT even knowing which patch is best?
