Helps with cramps!

The minute I start to feel the ache of cramps, I stick one on, and the pain diminishes within a few minutes! I love using these! I’m not sure if they have helped me with my emotional symptoms, but I’ll take the cramp relief any day!

They really work!!

The migraine patches didn't work for me, but these really did!! I have severe pre-menstrual symptoms during ovulation and the week before my cycle and these truly take the edge off the irritability, anxiety, and other issues I usually experience. My husband even noticed a difference!!

Alleviates Hormonal Smell

The Monthly Mayhem patch alleviates a horrible hormonal smell that showers and deodorant do not touch. I am so thankful for this product.

Yall listen, I am a complete psycho when I am PMSing. I lose my patience easily, my moods go from cry baby to yelling at my husband and kids. I started researching supplements to control my crazy and figured I’d give this a go. I tried it up to a week before my period and on my period, it has been amazing!
